Classic Soft filter provide a precisely controlled soft image that is overlaid on a sharp, in-focus image. The number of Micro-Lenslets per square inch determines the image-bending effectiveness of each Classic Soft filte.
Higher strengths can add mood to the shot by causing highlights like a lit candle to softly glow. When faced with over-exposure like a blown window, the addition of a Classic Soft filter keeps contrast under control and adds a romantic look.
